On Saturday, April 1, 2023, an initiative will be held at the Historic Center of the city of Trento that stems from the "Earth Day 2023" project by Aquila Basket that takes the title of A Tree for a Three, for each triple scored in the championship and in the Eurocup, we will plant a tree.
The project was born in collaboration with the provincial agency of state-owned forests in order to reforest Monte Bondone.
A Tree for a Treasure is an event organised in collaboration with the Municipality of Trento to raise public awareness of environmental issues and the importance of sport. The initiative includes a route of nine stages distributed through the streets of our historic centre, where passers-by can try for free to mark their triple in favour of the environment.
After trying to make the first basket, participants will be given a map to complete the round. Those who complete it will receive a certificate attesting to the planting of a tree. The workstations will consist of a basket , a tree and a stand dedicated to the project partners.
In fact, companies will be able to express their idea of sustainability and make their contribution thanks to information material, experiences and various gadgets.
