The traditions of a region
Trentodoc is a direct reflection of the land in which it is produced: Trentino. A small region, but with a multitude of microclimates. From Garda, still mediterranean, to the peaks of the Dolomites, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Only the grapes of this region are used in classic method sparkling wines, in which the bubbles are created naturally thanks to the process of refermentation in the bottle.
To make Trentodoc, there are three elements that are especially important: carefully selected and freshly harvested grapes from the Trentino region, the expertise of the enologist and lots and lots of patience. In fact, the aging process takes a minimum of 15 months and can last up to 10 years.
A marker of quality for a fine sparkling wine
