By train

The train station is next to the historic centre and connects train journeys on the Brennero line, for northbound arrivals and departures, and the Valsugana line, with routes starting from Venice, next to which is the terminal of the local Trento-Malè-Mezzana train coming from Val di Sole.

By bus

Trento is connected to all of the areas of the region thanks to a convenient bus service. In addition, there are direct links with other European cities, including Prague, Innsbruck, Salzburg and České Budějovice, which run weekly.
