On Sunday 25 February 2024 at the Santa Chiara Auditorium in Trento, the Trentino-Alto Adige Dance Circuit curated by the Centro Servizi Culturali S. Chiara continues hosting the Australian ensemble "Circa" with the show entitled Humans 2.0.
A symphony of acrobatics, sounds and lights: the Australian ensemble Circa, a contemporary circus company, is the protagonist of the second chapter of Humans 2.0, a show that combines acrobatic gestures with poetic impetus, capable of taking circus art to a higher level.
Ten bodies appear in a flash of light. They move in harmony for a fleeting moment and then enter a sinuous trance.
Bodies jump and are captured, physical limits are pushed to the extreme in a simply breathtaking spectacle.
Will we ever find a perfect balance or is adapting to constant change the only way to go? Internationally acclaimed, Humans 2.0 is a choreography of bodies with a dense texture, which pulsates on the music written by the composer Ori Lichtik and is enhanced by the lighting design by Paul Jackson.
Created by visionary Yaron Lifschitz, one of Australia's leading filmmakers, Humans 2.0 is an intimate, primal show that probes deeply into the daily challenge of being human.
