Seven volcanoes - white, red, yellow, green, blue, purple and black - and over 100 artifacts from the muse's naturalistic collections mark the path of an experience dedicated to different colours.
The exhibition "Inside the colour" – at Palazzo delle Albere (Tn) from 26 November 2022 to 4 June 2023 – focuses on the theme of the physical and mental perception of colour, told as the sum of matter and light and its effects on individual personalities. The project is the result of the thought and dialogue between the president of the Muse Stefano Zecchi and the architect Michele De Lucchi. De Lucchi himself illustrates the concept around which the temporary exhibition "Color in itself does not exist. It is light, energy and vibration of particles. However, we are used to attributing it to matter. The whole exhibition revolves around this relationship between matter and light, between tangible and intangible, between reality and imagination". The intention is to trigger a thought, an emotion that leads to an awareness of what surrounds us and its complex interconnections.
Over 100 exhibits, belonging to the museum's collections, which represent, each in different chromatic variations, the manifestation of life and nature in the zoological, botanical, mineralogical, petrographic and paleontological fields.
