For the finissage of the installation "Earth lasts longer than empires", Mali Weil proposes a special screening of their first feature film "Forests | An evocation" (75’, Italy, 2022), which tells the story of a long forgotten relationship: that between forests and the West. Forests | An evocation is a story, a fiction. But it is also a rite of passage to transform the categories through which we think about the world, relationships, and the political space in which we exist.
