Friday, February 21, 2025 at MUSE - Science Museum of Trento, the inauguration of the Food Sound exhibition will be held.
On the occasion of the inauguration of the exhibition "Food sound. The hidden sound of food" the MUSE will host the lectio magistralis of Professor Charles Spence. Professor of experimental psychology at the University of Oxford, head of the Crossmodal Research Laboratory, he is considered a pioneer of "neurogastronomy", the founding theme of the exhibition. From 7.40 pm it will be possible, by booking your place, to visit the exhibition.
