Gabry Ponte began his career officially in 1998 producing "Blue (da ba dee)", the debut single with the Eiffel 65, which climbed the world charts and sold over 8 million copies. The single was followed by the first album "Europop" which sold another 4 million copies.
In 2000 the artist won the European Music Awards as "Best Italian Artist in the World". Meanwhile, he begins his solo career.
