Giacomo Ronchini, piano
Music by Tom Jobim and Giacomo Ronchini
The main vocation of the Katharsis festival is to promote and disseminate good contemporary music: therefore, the concert of the pianist and composer represents this purpose to the highest degree.
Giacomo Ronchini was trained in the classical field and then moved on to more transversal and eclectic areas: from enfant prodige (debut at 13 with concerts by Mozart, RAI orchestras and Musical Afternoons), through a brilliant piano career, since 2014 he has been the protagonist of what he himself defines as "recitals with transversal stylistic appeal".
