Boccanera Gallery is pleased to present "In the womb of the mother", the group exhibition to be held at the Trento headquarters with the aim of following up on the recent exhibition proposal by the curator Cecilia Alemani for the 59th International Art Exhibition of the Venice Biennale entitled "The milk of dreams".
The exhibition aims to highlight the entrepreneurial activity of women in art and their "visionary" intuitions. In the womb, she represents the dual essence of the role of gallery owner, entrepreneur and "mother" of her artists, supporting their research and their most visionary projects. Galleries are invited to exhibit an artist of their own, whose poetics can be defined, or have been defined in the past, outside the box and capable of contributing to a significant change in contemporary artistic production. On the occasion of Into the Maternal Womb, Boccanera Gallery presents the works of Linda Carrara, Veronica de Giovanelli and Debora Hirsch, "visionary" female artists, chosen by the gallery owner herself for their peculiar way of approaching and reproducing the reality that surrounds them.
