As part of the European Heritage Days, on Sunday 28 September at 2.15 pm, the Acqua Fredda archaeological area at the Redebus Pass – between the Piné Plateau and the Mòcheni Valley – hosts the event "To the idea of that metal".
A unique opportunity to experience the fascinating world of archaeometallurgy up close: through a guided tour and demonstrative archaeology activities, you will be able to observe the archaeometallurgists at work, discover the secrets of ancient metalworking techniques and experience first-hand a practical fusion laboratory. Each participant will be able to create a small artifact to take home as a souvenir of the experience.
