The "Sport Festival" will host from 10 to 13 October 2024 at Palazzo Trentini, the exhibition "The Magic of Olympic Torches", the exhibition of the collection of torches that have made the history of the Olympics.
From the Berlin torch of 1936 that saw Jesse Owens win 4 gold medals at the Mexico ’68 edition in which there was a woman as a torchbearer for the first time; from the Montreal torch of '76, which saw the Olympic flame transformed into an electric impulse to be transmitted to Canada by cable and then turned back into fire thanks to a parabolic mirror, to the more recent ones of Athens 2004, Beijing 2008, London 2012, Rio 2016, Tokyo 2020, until Paris 2024.
The torches will also display the uniforms of the blue expedition at the last editions of the Games, so as to represent some of the great moments of sport.
