He will be in concert on 10 May, at 8.30 pm, in the setting of the Teatro Sociale in the city of Trento, one of the greatest Italian violinists ever. Uto Ughi will be the protagonist of a concert organized by the Cassa di Trento as a tribute to the city with the collection that will be destined to support a solidarity initiative. Specifically, the project of the Pediatric Hospice of the Provincial Hospital for Health Services will be helped.
On this occasion Uto Ughi will be accompanied by the Orchestra "I Virtuosi Italiani" in the performance of the Four Seasons with the original Sonnets by Antonio Vivaldi.
Master Ughi will read and comment on the Vivaldi sonnets that precede the performance of each concert, to give the text all its poetry, making the musicality of the verses and that of the notes of his violin appreciated.
On the stage of the Sociale Uto Ughi he will play with a 1744 Guarneri del Gesù violin, which has a warm sound with a dark tone and is perhaps one of the most beautiful "Guarneri" in existence, and with a 1701 Stradivarius called "Kreutzer" because it belonged to the homonymous violinist to whom Beethoven had dedicated the famous Sonata.
