Contrast between beauty and pain, hope and fragility: these are the central themes of the exhibition "Vida!" by Brazilian artist Cassia Raad, hosted from 20 September to 4 October 2025 in the Sala Thun of Torre Mirana in Via Belenzani in Trento.
With a critical presentation by Nicoletta Tamanini, the exhibition brings together about forty works dedicated to the great issues of our time. The unbridled and ruthless pursuit of power and the devastation that
it entails, the destruction of the environment, the spiritual cooling of the human being and the abandonment of the founding values of a healthy society emerge strongly along the exhibition path.
however, these shadows also light up the light of beauty, expressed by the vibrant and direct use of colours, inspired by the artist's homeland.
