Documented since 1339 but of previous origin, it was part of a hospice for lepers of which no trace remains. The façade preserves Romanesque elements, such as the mullioned window and fresco fragments, recently dated to the 13th century and attributed to a Veronese painter. The portal with the blessing hand, on the other hand, can probably be dated to the 16th century.
