A true moment of relaxation accompanied by the challenge of finding the biggest pig. The pleasure lies precisely in walking slowly, peering under the leaves, insisting on the search and, in the end, finding the mushrooms.
The L.P. 23 May 2007, n. 11, and the subsequent D.P.P. 26 October 2009, n. 23–25 Leg, establish that in the territory of the province of Trento the collection of spontaneous mushrooms, both edible and non-edible, is allowed in quantities not exceeding two kilograms per day per person over the age of ten.
Minors under the age of ten may carry out the collection if accompanied by family members, without prejudice to the maximum allowed limit. Collectors are obliged to briefly clean the mushrooms at the place of collection and to transport them only by means of perforated and rigid containers.
It is forbidden to damage or destroy the fungi on the ground and to use rakes, hooks and other means that can damage the soil layer.
It is forbidden to collect mushrooms from 7 pm to 7 am. For non-residents in a municipality of the province there is an obligation to purchase the permit for mushroom harvesting with a report of the start of the activity itself and with the payment of a sum commensurate with the period of duration of the harvest. Residents and those born in the Municipalities of the Autonomous Province of Trento are exempt from the payment of the permit; citizens registered in the Air of a Municipality of the Province; owners or possessors of forests falling within a provincial territory; subjects who enjoy a right of civic use.
The amounts for 2022 were resolved individually by the Municipal Councils of the area and are as follows:
Municipalities of Baselga di Piné and Bedollo
€ 10.00 for a collection period of days 1
€ 18.00 for a collection period of consecutive days 3
€ 24.00 for a collection period of consecutive days 7
€ 40.00 for a collection period of consecutive days 14
€ 60.00 for a collection period of 30 consecutive days
€ 90.00 for a collection period of consecutive days 90
€ 120.00 for a collection period of 180 consecutive days
For the Municipalities of Baselga di Piné and Bedollo, the application of the benefits provided for by Art. 16 paragraph 1, letters a, b, c of Presidential Decree no. 23-25 of 26 October 2009 (for information on this contact the Municipalities). To obtain the mushroom harvesting permit with the benefit of the benefits provided for by art. 16 paragraph 1 letters a-b-c of the Italian Presidential Decree 26.10.2009 nr. 23-25/Leg. it is necessary to go to the office of the Municipality of Baselga di Piné.
Municipalities of Albiano, Fornace

€ 20.00 for a collection period of consecutive days 7
€ 30.00 for a collection period of consecutive days 14
€ 40.00 for a collection period of 30 consecutive days
The payment of the mushroom collection fee can be made in one of the following ways:
1) By payment to a bank account or postal bill
in the name OF THE TREASURY SERVICE OF THE MUNICIPALITY concerned, indicating in the reason the words "TAX FOR the COLLECTION OF MUSHROOMS",
the PERSONAL DETAILS OF THE DATA SUBJECT and the COLLECTION PERIOD.
In this case, the receipt of the payment replaces the report of the start of the collection activity.
In order to collect the mushrooms on the entire Piné plateau, it will be sufficient to pay one of the two municipalities (Baselga di Piné or Bedollo), the rates indicated above in fact give the right of collection in both Piné municipalities.
2) Through the PagoPA system
