"A Spasso nel Tempo" - Medieval Festival

In the heart of the historic centre of Baselga di Piné, for an entire weekend, time seems to go back to other times, colours, sounds and medieval traditions. The medieval festival enlivens the town's streets with historic encampments, costume displays, music and themed shows, cuisine and drinks, offering visitors an engaging and evocative experience.

• 8:30 PM | “The Life of St. Francis of Assisi” at the “Alla Corona” Museum Hotel in Montagnaga di Piné. Organized by the “Noi nella Storia” Association and the Secular Franciscan Order

FRIDAY, AUGUST 28

• 2:00 PM | Setup begins for the historical reenactment camps along the town’s streets
• 8:00 PM | Historical parade: from the Lac Library to the Bar Alpino and back to Piazzale Costalta for the presentation of the historical groups
• 9:00 PM | Evening show featuring the Giullari del Diavolo in Piazzale Costalta
• 10:30 PM | Closing

• 9:30 a.m. | Historic camps open; Free registration at Campo Grande (on Corso Roma) for the children’s treasure hunt, which will take place from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. through the streets of Baselga
• 10:00 a.m. | Training and knighting ceremony with the Friends of Martial Arts
• 11:00 AM | Performance by La Gualdana del Malconsiglio
• 2:00 PM | Storytelling: The Adventures of the Giullari Association Around the World
• 3:00 PM | Medieval readings: Let’s listen to the voices of some key figures from the 1300s (curated by Germano Povoli)
• 4:00 PM | History of archery and bow-making techniques with the Compagnia dell’Aspido Sordo
