The first "Balloon Fest" arrives in Trento: the sky of the city is colored with magic with balloons.

For the first time in its history, Trento is preparing to host an event entirely dedicated to balloons: the Balloon Fest Trento. On Saturday 6 and Sunday 7 June, the setting of the Le Albere district and the Muse - Science Museum will become the stage for a unique show and activities, offering citizens and tourists the thrill of touching the sky with a finger.
The event was born from a prestigious synergy between Kilometro Azzurro (already creator of the famous Festivolare format), MUSE, the tourism company Visit Trento and the Municipality of Trento. A collaboration that aims to combine science, promotion of the territory and the timeless charm of flying.
Between Science and Flight: the programme at the Muse and the Albere
The festival will kick off on Saturday morning and will offer two complementary routes:
- The thrill of flying to the Albere Park: on Saturdays and Sundays (until 12:00), visitors can try the experience of constrained flights. The balloons will rise above the city, offering an unprecedented view of Trento. Tickets can be purchased directly on site (Adults: €10.00 | Children: €5.00). The activity is open to adults and accompanied children (not recommended under one year of age) and is strictly subject to weather and wind conditions.
The big show: Balloon Glow
On the evening of Saturday, June 6, at around 9:00 pm, atsunset, the Albere Park will host the Balloon Glow: ashow where to the rhythm of music, the balloons will light theirburners in synchrony, lighting up like gigantic coloured lamps againstthe night sky, creating an unforgettable atmosphere. The evening willend around 22:00 (weather permitting).
Conviviality and Relaxation
To make the experience complete, the area surrounding the restricted flightswill be enriched by a selected foodtruck space, whereyou can enjoy a break between take-offs, immersed in the urban greeneryof the neighbourhood.
In the event of proven bad weather, the event will becancelled.
