On Saturday 15 and Sunday 16 March 2025, on the occasion of the Agricultural Exhibition at Trento Expo, two live demonstrations on cheese production will be held, an unmissable opportunity to discover the stages and techniques of this ancient dairy art.
Alessandro Vanzo, coach of Trentingrana Concast, will show the technique with which the cheese is produced.
At the same time, it will give an overview of the dairy sector, with historical notes and interesting current events.
