From 10 October 2026 to 2 May 2027 at Palazzo delle Albere in Trento the exhibition "Flowing waters. Art, nature and science of water around us. ”
As part of the European STARTS (Science, Technology and the Arts) programme, the exhibition brings together the works of contemporary artists whose research investigates natural phenomena, technological processes and environmental transformations related to water. Their works will be put in dialogue with a selection of modern and contemporary works from the Mart heritage and from important public and private collections.
Through juxtapositions between different eras and languages, the exhibition path – articulated on the two floors of the building – offers a transversal look at the relationship between art, nature and knowledge, showing how artists of different times have interpreted and represented the relationship of human communities with water.
