A workshop dedicated to beer tasting will be held on Thursday 5 June 2025 at Palazzo Roccabruna.
More and more breweries are rediscovering the use of local raw materials. Not only for reasons of sustainability, but also to enhance local production of hops, barley, spices and other ingredients. This is how unique products are born, the result of the knowledge of the master brewers who will present their creations directly to the public: unique combinations of craftsmanship and local raw materials.
