November 20, 2026 / 2.30 - 6.30 pm / TRENTO
The 36th "Exhibition on Nativity Scenes - Let there be peace on earth" will be open to visitors at the Vantini Chapel from 20 November 2026 to 6 January 2027.
The exhibition offers a journey to discover forty cribs from all over Trentino, made with different and original materials, the result of the imagination, creativity and passion of the cribs. The exhibition is curated by the Group of Friends of the Nativity scene of Mattarello and offers the opportunity to organize visits by reservation dedicated to groups, associations, schools and day centers.
A few steps from the exhibition, in the inner courtyard of Palazzo Thun, you can admire a large illuminated nativity scene. To make the setting even more scenic, a reproduction of the famous cycle of the Months of Torre Aquila in January will contribute in the background, creating a meeting between art, tradition and Christmas atmosphere.
We invite you to visit the exhibition and let yourself be conquered by the beauty of the nativity scenes, rediscovering the charm and the most authentic meaning of the Christmas tradition.
