Sunday, May 25, 2025 at Maso Toresella on the occasion of Cantine Aperte 2025, Cavit opens the doors of the suggestive Maso Toresella, overlooking Lake Toblino, for an event that celebrates the meeting between international gastronomic traditions and the elegance of Trentino wines.

Five gourmet dishes inspired by cuisines from around the world, selected and prepared by the "Scrigno Del Duomo" Restaurant, will be combined with five labels from the winery, in a sensory story led by the oenologist Cavit.

Making the experience even more immersive will be the live musical accompaniment of the group "Cosmopolitan Duo", for a journey through taste, culture and harmony.

Aperitif on the lake – Trentino Superiore Doc Pinot Grigio Rulendis 2022

Sushi and maki (JAPANESE)

Tomato and crunchy vegetable gazpacho. Tacos (SPANISH)

Starter – Trentino Doc Sauvignon Blanc Bottega Vinai 2024

Sea bass ceviche (lemon juice, coriander, chilli) with crumbly puff pastry, smoked paprika and guacamole (PERUVIAN)

First – Trentino Doc Reserve Chardonnay Maso Toresella 2023

Basmati rice with oriental chicken (CHINESE)

Second – Trentino Doc Lagrein Kelter Reserve 2021

Kebab with iceberg salad, onion tomato and yogurt sauce (MIDDLE EAST)

Dessert  Trentino Superiore Doc Late Harvest Rupe Re 2022
