The usual events return thisyear with the "Days of the reuse of used books and not only...", which will take place in a new location, in the heart of the city.
From Saturday 21 March 2026, from 8.00 am to 6.00 pm, Piazza Dante in Trento will host twenty-five stalls along the driveways, ready to welcome visitors and enthusiasts to give new life to used books and collectibles: postcards, prints, saints, stamps, but also comics and magazines. Among the novelties of this edition, there are also vinyls, for an even richer and more varied offer. There will also be a free book exchange point, open to all, to deliver or take volumes freely.
At 11.30 am a guided tour of the recently restored Trento train station is scheduled: an opportunity to discover the details of the project created by Angelo Mazzoni in 1936 and the 1958 mosaics signed by Cesarina Seppi, which decorate the lobby. The meeting is scheduled at the Liber Café in Piazza Dante, near the Palazzina Liberty.
Now in its thirty-second edition, the initiative will also take place in bad weather and will be revived over the course of the year on the following Saturdays: 18 April, 2 and 30 May, 19 September and 31 October 2026.
For information you can contact the number 368 7625158 or consult the Facebook page Associazione Trentina Mercatino delle Pulci, organizer of the event in collaboration with the Municipality of Trento.
The initiative is part of the Administration's broader commitment to promoting the circular economy, supporting virtuous practices that favour reuse, waste reduction and a more conscious use of resources.
