On Thursday 16 October 2025 at 6.30 pm, the MUSE – Science Museum of Trento hosts a special meeting with free admission (by reservation) dedicated to a very topical topic: inflammation.
Prof. Viola, with her scientific approach but at the same time clear and accessible, will guide the public to discover how this defence mechanism, valuable if acute, can become a risk if it becomes chronic, contributing to the development of serious diseases. During the meeting, the fundamental role that nutrition and lifestyle have in modulating immune processes will be highlighted, offering concrete tools for prevention and promotion of daily health.
