Each stage of the route will offer signature dishes paired with the best wines of the area: from the elegant Trentodoc mountain bubbles, perfect to enhance every course, to the great red wines of Trentino, an authentic expression of the land. The sweet epilogue will be entrusted to the Vignaioli del Vino Santo, custodians of a unique and refined tradition, and to the mixing station, run by the Istituto Tutela Grappa del Trentino, for a finish marked by excellence and creativity.
In its fifth edition, Stelle al Castello renews and strengthens the collaboration with the association Ambasciatori del Gusto, which promotes the excellence of Italian cuisine in the world.
