On Saturday 16 March 2024, on the occasion of the Agricultural Exhibition at Trento Expo in via Briamasco in Trento, a sustainable cooking course "Trentino taste from shopping to the table" will be held. It will be a circular and anti-waste course designed and coordinated by Accademia d 'Impresa with the participation of Biodistretto di Trento and Slow Food Trentino-Alto Adige
Recipients
The course is aimed at all citizens sensitive to environmental issues, food and healthy lifestyles who want to get involved by actively participating to create and taste together a menu in all phases from shopping to the table.
Objectives
Raise public awareness of environmental and food sustainability issues. Deepen the aspects of supply chain, seasonality and production methods. Experiment with the creation of a flexible, sustainable and anti-waste menu linked to the real availability of local products. Actively participate in all the stages of creating a menu from shopping to tasting.
Contents
Organize the shopping list according to the budget and products available on the market. Take a short walk in company from the market to the educational kitchen of Palazzo Roccabruna. Use and enhance the products purchased with an anti-waste circular kitchen vision. Participate in the shared table by tasting the dishes made together. Final sharing of reflections, ideas, observations and greetings.
