After the success of 2022 sold out, on Friday 23 and Saturday 24 June 2023, the taste of darkness returns to Piazza Santa Maria Maggiore in Trento within the "Dark on the Road", the special truck of AbilNova Cooperativa Sociale, on board which it will be possible to discover in complete darkness the peculiarities of some food and wine products of Trentino companies.
The tastings in the dark will be led by blind and visually impaired waiters who will accompany the public to rediscover the other senses beyond sight, with the participation of Distilleria Marzadro and Cioccolateria Indal, Trentino producers associated with Confcommercio. In complete darkness they will describe the peculiarities of the food and wine products served on board Dark on the Road, the special truck of AbilNova Cooperativa Sociale. In a reversal of the roles of companion and companion, they will lead participants to rediscover the power of the other senses beyond sight and to know the visual disability with its own limits but also its own potential.
