Saturday 12 April 2025, the Pro Loco of Cimone invites you on a journey of taste through the flavours of the sea with the initiative "Tasting Italy – Fast Baltic Fish", at the Pro Loco headquarters in the Public Park of the hamlet of Covelo.
A convivial evening of good food, with a refined and creative menu all dedicated to cod, the absolute star of the table:
Evening menu
- Starter: Warm cod salad with black olives, cherry tomatoes, white celery and garlic and rosemary-scented bruschetta
- First course: Cauliflower cream with cod petals, according to the chef's inspiration
- Second course: Trentina-style codfish with local flour polenta
- Dessert:Tiramisù
- Water and coffee included – Wine available on request
