"Trento In Bici" returns on Sunday 20 September 2026!
A day on two wheels to discover the city in a fun, safe and sustainable way.
Organised by the Azienda per il Turismo di Trento and the Municipality of Trento, in collaboration with the Polizia Locale di Trento, FIAB TRENTO - Amici della Biciclia and UISP Trentino, the event aims to promote sustainable mobility and the conscious use of bicycles in the city. The ride, suitable for all ages, will wind along an urban route of about 10 km: departure from Piazza Piedicastello, a delicious stop in Piazza delle Donne Lavorri in the heart of the Le Albere District, to finally reach the evocative Maria Teresa d 'Asburgo Garden, where there will be music, games, entertainment, a refreshment point and lots of fun.
A perfect opportunity to discover the most beautiful corners of the city of Trento in a green and safe way, sharing the pleasure of cycling.
Event Schedule
Piazza Piedicastello, Trento
- 9.00 am: meeting and possibility of bike check-up for participants
- 9.45 am: institutional greetings
- 10.00: departure along the city itinerary in collaboration with the Local Police of Trento
- 10.30 am: arrival in Piazza Mostra and small snack for all participants
- 12.00: arrival at Piazza delle Donne Lavorati
Delivery of the "Cyclable Municipalities" Award recognized by Fiab Italia to the Municipality of Trento for its commitment to the implementation of tools and policies related to sustainable mobility, in particular on two wheels.
Delivery of the "Palio delle Circoscrizioni" Prize to the District with the largest number of participants in the 2026 edition of "Trento in Bici"
Pasta party (curated by the Alpine Section of Trento - Gardolo group)

Enrollment methods and costs
- Registration is mandatory online or at the Information Office of the Trento Tourism Company (Piazza Dante, 24 – Trento) until all available places are available (from 3 years old onwards)
- € 5.00 from the age of 3
The registration fee includes:
- small snack at Piazza Mostra
- pasta party at Piazza Delle Donne Lavoratrici
- technical gadget of the event
Free participation up to 2 years of age
Items to be requested during registration:
- Circumscription of belonging / other municipality: which
- Any food intolerances (celiac disease)
Mandatory booking conditions
- Minors must be accompanied by at least one adult, for the entire duration of the event.
- Helmet fastened mandatory for all children, even if sitting in the seat.
- For adults the helmet is not mandatory, but strongly recommended.
- Each participant must independently verify the functionality and maintenance of their bike.
- In case of bad weather, the event will be postponed upon official notice by the organizers by 5:00 pm the day before the event. In case of inability to participate in the new scheduled date, each participant may request a refund of the ticket (for purchases made at the Information Office it will be necessary to communicate their bank details)
