A targeted tasting for those who want to explore the world of Trentino classic-method sparkling wines. Upon your arrival, you will be welcomed inside the modern wine shop of Vivallis where we will tell you the story of our Trentodoc, illustrate the characteristics of our territory that make it particularly suited for the production of sparkling wines, and reveal the details of the production method. Following this, there will be a guided tasting of all three Trentodoc sparkling wine labels produced by the winery: Brut, Rosé, and Riserva Arminio. The tasting will be accompanied by dry snacks.
