On the occasion of Cantine Aperte, the Enoteca Cavit organizes a guided tasting of three selected labels, designed to discover the aromas, flavors, and characteristics of the Trentino territory. The event will take place on Saturday the 30th and Sunday the 31st of May at 11:00 AM.
The protagonists of the tasting will be Maso Toresella Bianco Cuvée Vigneti delle Dolomiti IGT, Brusafer Pinot Nero Trentino Superiore DOC, and Maso Cervara Teroldego Rotaliano Superiore DOC Riserva, presented by Cavit's Wine Specialist, who will guide participants to discover the aromas, scents, and peculiarities of each wine. Each label will be enhanced by final finger foods, selected to amplify their flavors and aromas, transforming each tasting into a true sensory journey through taste, color, and Trentino character.
