The visit begins with a guided walk led by a member of the Gottardi family directly among our historic vineyards. From this location, you can enjoy a privileged scenic panorama, with the opportunity to observe the typical dry stone walls of the Cembra Valley that allow for the heroic cultivation of vines. Once the outdoor journey is finished, we will move inside to the comfortable tasting room of the winery. In this environment, we will guide you much deeper into the discovery of our reality: you will taste five wines, the most representative labels that tell the story of the evolution and philosophy of our winery. It will be the occasion to compare the different grape varieties of the territory. Accompanying the wines, you will find a platter of typical products, designed to enhance the gastronomic pairing through a variety of high-quality local cured meats and cheeses.
