A panoramic excursion to relive the past history between paths and fortifications, between cultural heritage and natural beauties.
The proposed itinerary starts from Vason and offers a circular tour along the northern slopes of the top of Palon, a stronghold guarding the underlying Valle dell'Adige.
This green area is of particular importance due to its remarkable naturalistic value, being surrounded by meadows, thickets of mountain pine and rocky screes. Interesting is the splendid valley and protected area of Ravina Ravine that precipitates from the high altitudes of Palon to the village of Ravina, near the city of Trento. It is not uncommon to meet animals from the local fauna, such as the curious chamois or the shy black grouse.
