Where there is passion, there is excellence. The pizzeria The mole is characterized by its unique pizza style, quality ingredients, and light dough. The pizzeria is known for gourmet Neapolitan pizzas; affordable prices and excellent service. Specific to the menu is the canotto pizza, born in Campania as an alternative to traditional Neapolitan pizza and loved for its high digestibility and hydration.
The dairy products used for the pizzas are processed fresh with raw milk, the San Marzano DOP Gustarosso tomato and the flour of the Molino Petra Quaglia are used.
In recent years, La Mole has obtained the Travellers’ Choice, which is attributed by Tripadvisor to facilities that consistently receive excellent reviews from users. She was awarded "best pizza", "best take away" and "best good service" in the city by Restaurant Guru.
The restaurant is spread over two floors: the entrance to the basement which also serves as a bar and the first floor only pizzeria, recently furnished with a modern and welcoming style. Free parking is available near the Canonica di Miola, a five-minute walk from the Pizzeria
