The philosophy of Rifugio Maranza is very attentive to the environment, in fact it offers fair and supportive food and water and wine on tap.
The restaurant is divided into three large spaces that include a small and intimate mezzanine that can accommodate up to 20 people and is perfect for organising banquets and private events; the central room that has a maximum capacity of 65 seats and is the beating heart of the trattoria; the bar room designed to accommodate up to 30 customers and perfect for having a chat while enjoying a great coffee after a meal.
