The reputation for excellent cuisine and accurate service has made the "Smorza" pizzeria restaurant in Romagnano (a hamlet of Trento) a reference point for those who like to find themselves in a quiet environment.
Our story begins in 1965, the year in which Mr. Caldonazzi Adriano took over, together with his wife Grazia Coser, the trattoria "La Rosa". In 1991 the management was handed down to the children of Adriano and Grazia ( Nicoletta, Claudio and Giorgio) and at the same time the restaurant was expanded with the addition of the pizzeria. At the end of the 1990s and in 2003, the premises were completely restored and presented with the current composition.
