The Cantina di Aldeno is a historic cooperative winery located in Aldeno, 10 minutes by car from the city of Trento, a place where tradition, territory and innovation come together to create wines of great identity and quality. Aldenese viticulture has its roots in centuries of passion for the land and for the cultivation of the vine, and already in the nineteenth century the hills of the area were intensely cultivated with vineyards.
Founded officially in 1910 as Cantina Sociale di Aldeno, the company has been an example of Trentino cooperation since then: small producers join forces to enhance the wine of the area. In 1972, the Cantina Sociale di Aldeno and the Unione Vinicola Aldeno merged, giving rise to the modern Cantina Aldeno with the aim of keeping the historic link between Aldeno and grapes alive over time.
