Natural paths of beauty and healing
The Kneipp route is located near the Buse pond, one of the stages of the sensory and alpine variant of the E5 path that starts from Bedollo and leads to the Redebus pass.
It uses a therapeutic method that aims to treat different types of disorders through the activation of the body's natural self-healing techniques. It is based on naturopathy, a doctrine that considers body, soul and spirit as a complex unicum to be treated with absolutely natural methods.
The route involves the barefoot crossing of a connection between two tanks containing 30 cm of cold running water coming directly from the Brusago stream, and closes with a ring stepping on natural materials of wood and stone capable of storing and re-emitting the energy from the Sun according to different temperatures.
