Inside the area there is a prefabricated building where there are toilets with two bathrooms complete with showers and sinks (hot and cold water) and a fully gated service complete with shower. Next to the motorhome parking area there is a motorhome service area for drinking water loading and sewage discharge, with two columns for water supply and bordered by masking hedges. The area is served by a cycle path and public transport with a stop located about 500 meters south along Via Fersina and another located along Via Degasperi, about 700 meters.
