The art of bread

The Pulin bakery, since its opening in 1924, has been synonymous with bread and baked desserts in the historic center that has seen three generations alternate. The workshop has maintained the structure of the past, modernising the machinery; the recipes have remained identical to those used almost ninetyyears ago in the preparation of various types of bread, biscuits and desserts.
