Among the possible actions to be implemented within your facility, we recommend:
- The elimination or reduction of courtesy kits in favour of the use of dispensers for soap and toiletries;
- Eliminating or reducing single-serving food packaging;
- Eliminating or reducing plastic products in favour of glass or biodegradable alternatives;
- Preferring the use of washable and compostable tableware;
- Preferring the use of cotton or reusable tablecloths;
- Preferring the use of fresh, locally sourced products;
- Encourage, where possible, the purchase of loose products or products with biodegradable packaging in the establishment and in the local area;
- Provide guests with water dispensers to fill water bottles instead of plastic bottles;
- Provide adequate information on the rules in force in the local area regarding separate waste collection.
