The property has been a family asset for three generations. The only building in the city with a terrace directly overlooking the Fersina stream. Located adjacent to the public park, it offers families with children direct access to the equipped park without any road crossings. The bike and pedestrian path that leads to the city center passes directly under our building. The building houses a historic ice cream parlor.
