The building has been completely constructed using eco-friendly materials and was completed in 2025. It consists of two ground-floor apartments with direct access to the large shared garden, with a view of the Piazze lake and the surrounding mountains. Both accommodations comprise a kitchen/living room with a sofa bed, a double bedroom, a room with two single beds, and a bathroom with a bidet and shower. Both can therefore accommodate 5 people.
