Historically informed eighteenth-century Venetian-themed musical dinner in the wonderful setting of the noble salon of Palazzo Salvadori in Fornace, decorated with frescoes representing Piazza S. Marco.
The evening will be enlivened with music from the Venetian eighteenth century performed by the tenor Mauro Cristelli accompanied by the harpsichord by Costanza Leuzzi and by historical explanations by Michela Cervesato.

- Starter: Baccalà whipped with polenta; Salted meat tartare with cream of canellini; Salted rose cake with radicchio and asiago
- First: Pumpkin ravioli with chestnuts and duck sauce
- Second: Beef pastissada with celery turnip puree
- Dessert: Zabayon Tiramisu
The cost of 65 euros includes dinner at the "Emozioni e Sapori" Catering in Baselga di Piné, 3 glasses of wine from the Schlossweingut winery in Parcines-Südtirol and a musical show.
