- 3rd evening: sparkling wine: classic method and charmat method. Tasting of 3 sparkling wines
- 4th evening: classification and legislation of wines, how to read the label. The preservation of wine. Tasting of 3 wines IGT, DOC and DOCG.
- 5th evening: Food and wine pairing. The serving technique, the bottles, the glasses. The service temperature. Tasting of 3 wines
The fee includes: tasting glasses, certificate of participation, tasting wines and culinary tastings at each evening.
