From 1 to 4 October 2026, Trento becomes the city of sport with the return of the Festival dello Sport, one of the most anticipated events on the Italian sports and cultural scene. Now in its 9th edition, the Festival will animate theatres and historic buildings, squares, museums and courtyards of the city with a rich and transversal programme: talks, interviews, live events, exhibitions and special meetings conducted by the firms of the Gazzetta dello Sport.
Protagonists will be the great stars of national and international sport, who will take turns on stage to tell stories of business, passion, sacrifice and success, offering the public a unique experience of comparison and inspiration.
With more than 150 events and the participation of more than 300 great champions and protagonists of Italian and international sport registered in the last edition, the Festival is confirmed as a unique, original and extraordinary event, capable of transforming the city of Trento into a true world capital of sport for four days. An extraordinary parterre of athletes, technicians, executives and legends who, through talks, interviews and live events, will share personal and sporting experiences, evoking the most iconic moments in the history of sport.
Organised by La Gazzetta dello Sport and Trentino Marketing, with the Autonomous Province of Trento, the Municipality of Trento, the University of Trento, Apt Trento and under the patronage of CONI and the Italian Paralympic Committee, the Festival is once again preparing to transform the city into a widespread capital of sport.
