On 20 and 27 February and 6 March 2025 there will be a series of three evening workshops, each lasting two hours, dedicated to tasting Trentino identity wines at the Enoteca provinciale del Trentino - Palazzo Roccabruna located in the historic centre of Trento.

For those who want to learn the basics of organoleptic tasting in order to achieve a basic analytical capacity, delve into the world of "terroirs".
