Learn how to taste honey, wine and cheese at Palazzo Roccabruna - Trentino's provincial wine shop. On Saturday, February 15, 2025, an educational workshop will be held to introduce the tasting of honey, wine and cheese.
General description
A sensory experience dedicated to those who want to deepen their knowledge of honey and its interactions with wine and cheese. A trip led by the expert taster Marina Schmohl that will accompany the participants to discover the organoleptic characteristics of different varieties of honey and the best combinations with selected cheeses and local wines. It will also be possible to taste the honeys awarded at the "Concorso dei Hieli del Trentino 2024".
General objectives
"Let's learn to taste – Honey, wine and cheese" is a workshop lasting an hour and a half, designed to bring participants closer to the conscious tasting of these products. Through a guided tour, the tasting techniques and the most harmonious combinations of honey, cheese and wine will be illustrated, enhancing the Trentino food and wine heritage.
