In the Lenten path of Chieseacolori, the appointment with the sound of the organ could not be missed. At 5 pm on Thursday, in the church of San Francesco Saverio, in Via Roma, in Trento, the organists of the Renato Lunelli association will embark on a listening journey by echoing the historic instrument of the Mayer brothers, revised by the Mascioni company and then restored by Giorgio Carli in 2014.
Tarcisio Battisti will inaugurate the street on Thursday 26 February. Matteo Enrico Balatti will continue on Thursday 5 March. Giacomo Rossi will sit on the organ on Thursday 12 March, and Paolo Delama on Thursday 19 March. Stefano Rattini, president of the Trentino organ association Renato Lunelli, will close the event on Thursday 26 March.
Each meeting will feature pieces by very different authors, but united by the idea of reworking the biblical pages of the Lenten Gospels that will be read at the beginning of each concert. This will be the way to experience listening with greater intensity, leaving the task of entering the depths of each story to the sound.
